🧠 Therapy Questions

Q: What should I expect in my first therapy session?
A: We’ll explore your goals, experiences, and what brought you to therapy. It’s a time to get to know each other and set the tone for our work together.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Currently, we do not accept insurance. Therapy sessions are self-pay at $100 per session.

Q: How often will we meet?
A: Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Together, we’ll determine a rhythm that fits your goals and needs.

Q: Is therapy confidential?
A: Absolutely. Your privacy is protected by law, and everything shared is kept confidential unless there is a safety concern.

🌱 Coaching Questions

Q: What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
A: Therapy focuses on healing and emotional insight, while coaching is more structured and future-focused. Coaching is best for people looking for strategies, routines, and clarity — not treatment for mental health diagnoses.

Q: What is “The Rhythm Reset”?
A: It’s our signature coaching program for neurodivergent adults seeking structure, emotional flow, and accountability. It includes weekly sessions, planning tools, and ongoing support between sessions.

Q: How much does coaching cost?
A: Coaching packages vary. The Rhythm Reset is $695 for a 6-week plan. One-time focus sessions start at $150. Payment plans are available.

Q: Can coaching replace therapy?
A: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If you're dealing with deep emotional pain, trauma, or a mental health condition, therapy may be more appropriate.
