About Me

A woman with medium brown skin and shoulder-length dreadlocks. She is wearing a beige sleeveless top, looking directly at the camera with a slight smile. Behind her, there is a window with floral curtains and white blinds, letting in natural light.

Hi, I’m Eathelda — but this page is really about you.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re holding everything together with duct tape and sticky notes. You want to be present for your family, show up at work, and maybe even save a little energy for yourself… but it always feels like something’s slipping.

You’ve tried routines, apps, planners, and maybe even pushed yourself harder — but the truth is, it’s not about working harder. It’s about finding a rhythm that actually fits your brain, your energy, and your season of life.

That’s why I created Caring and Sharing Unlimited.

Why I Do This Work

I believe extraordinary doesn’t mean perfect.
It means living in alignment with who you really are — not the version of yourself you think you “should” be.

I’ve spent years supporting people who feel overwhelmed, burnt-out, or misunderstood — especially neurodivergent adults and parents who are doing their best in systems that weren’t built for them.

I wanted to create a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or prove yourself. Where your needs are valid, your voice matters, and where you can finally exhale.

My Approach

💛 Therapy: a space to heal and process (NY, NJ, MA, SC).
🌿 Coaching: future-focused support for rhythms, routines, and parenting (available anywhere).
🤝 Groups: community spaces where you realize you’re not the only one.

Everything I offer is neurodivergent-affirming, compassion-centered, and structured without being rigid.

Credentials (The Formal Bit)

And Now, Back to You…

If you’ve been living in survival mode, I want you to know: you don’t have to do it alone. There’s a way to move toward calm, clarity, and rhythms that feel like yours.
