Support that works with your brain, your energy, and your life
Life doesn’t come with a manual — especially when your brain doesn’t fit into “one-size-fits-all” solutions. That’s why we offer three ways to work together: therapy, coaching, and groups. Each one is designed to help you move from just surviving to building a rhythm that actually sticks.
Therapy
For healing, clarity, and reclaiming your energy
(Available in NY, NJ, MA, SC, pending AL)
If you’ve been carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, or burnout, therapy gives you a safe, supportive space to process, heal, and grow.
Therapy can help you:
Work through stress, grief, or past hurts
Build coping skills that feel doable in daily life
Quiet the inner critic and reconnect with your self-worth
Create space to breathe, rest, and recover

Coaching
For structure, routines, and parenting support that last
(Available anywhere in the U.S.)
You don’t need more willpower — you need systems that fit your brain. Coaching is future-focused, practical, and tailored to help you create rhythms that stick.
Coaching is a good fit if you want to:
Find routines that actually work with your energy (not against it)
Get parenting support when both you and your child are neurodivergent
Learn tools for focus, follow-through, and balance
Move from overwhelm to clarity with hands-on structure and accountability
Coaching Options:
The Rhythm Reset (6 weeks) — build your personalized rhythm with weekly support, Voxer check-ins, and planning tools
Parent Coaching — support for parenting with neurodivergence in the mix
Groups & Programs
For connection, learning, and community
Sometimes healing and growth happen best when you know you’re not the only one. My groups are small, supportive, and always neurodivergent-affirming.
Upcoming Programs:
The Rhythm Circle — a group version of The Rhythm Reset, with community + accountability
Restorative Boundaries — learn how to set limits without guilt or burnout
Unmasked & Extraordinary — a safe space to drop the mask and practice authenticity
Sunday Reset Sessions — weekly check-in space to set your rhythm for the week
Not Sure Where to Start?
That’s okay. You don’t have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We’ll figure it out together.
No matter which path you choose, you’ll get support that’s affirming, structured (but never rigid), and tailored to your extraordinary life.
